Cover and cook over medium - high heat 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven - Half Bag. Do no microwave in bag. 1. Open one sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. Add half of the frozen meal (about 4-1/2 cups) and cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3. Microwave an additional 4 to 5 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes.
