For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: Microwave (for a 1200W microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Remove film and stir; replace film. Cook on high an additional 2 minutes. Conventional Oven (Do not place this bowl in the oven): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish and place on center rack.
